Located directly in the center of the art deco district, on 10th street and Collins Avenue, the Fairwind completed a total historical renovation and refurbishment in 2001. All of the rooms have voice mail, data ports, in-room safes, and cable TV with HBO. Suites feature a full kitchen, complimentary coffee, bathroom amenities and a large living area. You can check your e-mail at the computer center. The Fairwind Seafood Bar and Grill restaurant is located outdoors. It is the perfect venue for watching the areas lively street scene. It is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner until the wee hours of the morning.
