Macarena Restaurant
"Macarena" is a word with a rich history and various meanings attached to it. The entrance to the town of la Macarena in Seville, Spain, is centuries old. Rebuilt twice, in 1713 and 1795, it is covered with Arabic designs honoring in Muslim princess and know as the "Door of La Macarena". "Macarena" is also the Sevillian avocation of the Virgin Mary appeared near the city in early hours on Good Friday, during Easter Week. Macarena on South Beach is a restaurant, a showroom, and a dance club. Macarena favorites include tapas, sangria, and the best paella around. On Friday and Saturday nights at 10 and 12, an elaborate flamenco show entertains and adds the perfect touch to a night of good food and a great atmosphere.

Bice Ristorante
In the beautiful Grand Bay Hotel of Coconut Grove, Miami Bice opened in December 1998 what is the new design for its operations for the next decade. Morris Natheson designed the new Bice, keeping a little bit of the old concept, but making its look more year 2000. The restaurant has a great bar with piano entertainment and a terrace outside that during the winter months allows customers to dine "al fresco". The menu is traditional with warm weather influence, and the response of customers was wonderful.

B.E.D.
B.E.D. opened in Dec. 1999 to rave reviews for the food and it's decor. Dinner is literally served in bed albeit huge raised ones. The 'Beds' are separated by sheer curtains to give some privacy and they range in size from small to large. You could happily fit up to about 8-9 people around one of the larger beds, and dinner is served comfortably on circular trays, which you can place on you lap. The smooth ambience in the restaurant is created not only by the music but also by the changing lights, which cast their colored glows around the room.

Azul
