- The Townhouse is Jonathan Morr group’s first simple-living Hotel on the quiet end of South Beach. Custom designed to reveal a distinctly clean and fresh Miami Beach style. The Art Deco building completed in 1939 compritically acclaimed Bond Street Lounge with sushi and cool music, as well as an attractive collection of young and elegant guestrooms. The youth of the Hotel is expressed by all its details and activities, ranging from the roof lounging deck with waterbeds and jacuzzi tower, aerobic equipment on each floor, the 24 hour game room, the 24 hour laundry room, the open kitchen with complimentary Parisian breakfast as well as the design gift shop, snack shop and video and CD library.
